At Rescript, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware or assembly manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
